We place an emphasis on using heritage grains. We sell at farmers markets and have an online store with store pick-up where we also offer locally raised/ produced items from our market partners. Some of the grains we use daily are whole wheat, whole wheat pastry flour, teff, buckwheat, Gluten free oats and oat flour, winter white and rye.

Products & Services

We offer handcrafted sourdough, rustic pastries and artisan gluten free baked goods made from organic and local ingredients. Our website also hosts a Farm Directory, an online catalog featuring many of Northern Colorado’s local growers of flowers, fruit, dairy, meat, and vegetables. Our shop also sells flour and berries from two local mills.
