We are a bakeshop who's concept is centered around milling and baking with ancient and heirloom grains. We are part of the Corvus Coffee brand and located within the flagship cafe in Littleton, CO. Both brands align in philosophy and values. Buying direct from growers paying direct market value and purchasing ONLY Colorado grown grains(with the exception of Kamut; however, we are trying to source CO grown Khorasan wheat) that are certified organic or proven to be following organic farming techniques.
