With the dream of following my vocation, cultivating happiness within and without, and supporting the vitality of my environment, Mantis Kitchen is born. I have been intimately connected with food my whole life, growing up gardening, preserving, and cooking to working in restaurants and bakeries, to living and working on farms, and feeding people for over a decade in and around the backcountry. These passions have led me to the next adventure. I am looking forward to serving the community, the land, and myself through providing nutritious and delicious food to people when and where they need it.
