We have 12 milking cows, a meat herd of pigs, cattle and sheep, a laying flock and some small fields of grain. We have a farm crew of 5 workers and we do a lot of value-addition including making cheese, fermentation and canning. We've grown Turkey Red, a Polish heirloom variety of soft white wheat, and both 2-row and 6-row barley varieties.
