In 2012 our family moved to Hotchkiss, CO and Immunity Farms was born.  From the beginning our mission was to use organic practices, build soil, create diversity, and grow high quality food for ourselves, our animals, and our community. We stay active in our community by participating in the weekly farmers market from the end of May into October. We also sell product year-round at our farm. In 2023 we turned our guesthouse into an Airbnb so we could share our lifestyle with people from all over.  It has been a wonderful experience. 

Today our farm consists of an apiary, orchard, market garden, pollinator habitat and two large fields that we rotate crops.  Our chickens, turkeys, pigs, dogs, and cats are also an important part of our farm.
