At Freeman's Mill, we use only the finest, Food Grade Quality and Inspected, Yellow and White Corn and Soft, Red Winter Wheat to grind our delicious products with. Our Grits, Corn Meal, and Whole Wheat Flour are Stone Ground from Whole Grains (not De-Germinated, Enriched, or Fortified) on our 100+ year old granite mills. We use one set of stones only for corn products and another set of stones for the Flour Products to prevent cross contamination between wheat and corn.
