Restaurant
We are a farm to table restaurant focused on sourcing 90% of our ingredients from within 10 miles of the restaurant. We stick to a hyper seasonal menu making all of our food from scratch and the absolute highest quality ingredients on the front range: from fresh milled organic heirloom grains in our bread and pasta, to grass fed/pastured heritage breed meat & dairy, to organic and sustainably grown produce picked fresh and brought just a few short miles to the restaurant. We don’t have accounts with any large purveyors and work closely with our local farmers and artisans. We feature an organic/biodynamic wine list as well.
Products & Services
Our easonal menu  changes biweekly, with  all of our bread and pasta made from scratch with fresh milled flour from Moxie in North Boulder. We mostly use red turkey, red fife and spelt, though we do mix it up with some buckwheat and rye in our desserts sometimes. Often in the winter, we will serve wheat berries on the menu as well.
