At our bakery we mill 100% of our own whole wheat flour from wheat berries sourced in Colorado. We aim to work directly with farmers as much as possible to support a local economy in our region. We chose to mill our own flour to allow us to ensure we are providing our community with bread made from flour that is both nutritious and flavorful. We are curious about all grains, from ancient to modern. It is a constant goal to be working towards using more locally sourced grains in our recipes.
