A giant thanks for the warm welcome from the local community and out-of-town visitors who stopped by our very first market booth appearance as a cottage food, home-based bakery at the first annual Lafayette Fall Harvest Festival in downtown Lafayette, Colorado this past Saturday!

We sold out of almost everything we brought and have lots things we've learned for the next time!

Next up:
Getting our website updated with online ordering in the next couple of weeks so we can start supplying Lafayette with our baked goods and ancient and heritage wheat flours. We'll also be actively looking for more markets, pop-up opportunities and pick-up locations.
